Calvary Baptist Church started it's AWANA club over 12 years ago for Owosso and the surrounding communities. Since then we have touched the lives of over 500 children and many adults. AWANA is a national Christian organization whose goal is to teach children about the gospel of Christ through various games, activities and scripture memory.
AWANA is open to all children regardless of religious affiliation or denomination.
We meet every Wednesday night from 6:30 until 8:00 during the school year.
We do not meet if there is no school that day due to weather or holidays.
The age groups are as follows:
Sparks
Kindergarten
through 2nd grade
Truth & Training
3rd through 6th grade
